Refund policy

Weddings: This a custom order. Refund policy is stated in the contract. Cancellation must be in writing either by letter or email. Cancellations made before the final payment date of 8 weeks prior to event will receive any moneys back not including the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after the final payment date or less than 8 weeks before the event date will not receive any refund.

Workshops: These are non refundable. If you cancel after payment is made then you will not receive a refund. We will try to find another client to book the space and in this case you will eligible for a refund.
